This centrally located venue is easily accessible for everyone and just a 10-minute walk from the train station. We therefore recommend coming by public transport. However, if you prefer to travel by car, parking is available nearby. You’ll find more information about this below.
The conference will take place in the hotel’s beautiful conference hall.

Deze centraal gelegen locatie is voor iedereen goed te bereiken en slechts 10 min. lopen van het NS station. We raden u daarom aan met het openbaar vervoer te komen. Maar mocht u toch met de auto willen komen, dan is er parkeergelegenheid in de buurt. Hieronder treft u de informatie hierover aan.
Het congres vindt plaats in de fraaie Cocagne congreszaal.
Online participation is also possible!
If you’re able to attend the event in person, both we and especially the speakers would greatly appreciate it. Experience shows that in-person attendance enhances interaction during the conference.
Of course, it remains possible to switch from physical to online attendance up to 48 hours in advance, should that become necessary.
If you choose to participate online, you will receive your personal link 2–3 days before the event. On the day itself, please log in 5 minutes before the start. You can ask any questions via the chat function.

Parking
Hotel Pullman Eindhoven offers a parking garage (P1) and a fenced parking area behind the hotel (P2). These facilities are available for use at a fee. The hotel also provides a charging station for electric vehicles. Please note that parking costs are not included in the registration fee.
By public transport

Parkeren
Pullman Eindhoven Cocagne beschikt over een parkeergarage (P1) en een omheind parkeerterrein aan de achterzijde van het hotel (P2). U kunt tegen betaling gebruik maken van deze faciliteiten. Het hotel beschikt over een oplaadpunt voor elektrische auto’s. Eventuele parkeerkosten zijn niet inbegrepen bij het inschrijfgeld.
Openbaar vervoer
Vanuit de centrale stationshal loopt u in 10 min. naar de locatie.
